Job Description (JD) - Telesale cum Sales Officer

1. General description:

Dental sales consultants are responsible for advising and convincing customers about dental products and services, and supporting the sales process. In addition, creating sales opportunities is an indispensable requirement every day.

2. Main tasks:

* Create sales opportunities every day.

* Advise customers on dental products and services according to their needs and desires.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

* Answer all questions and provide detailed product information.

* Carry out promotion and dialogue about promotions and incentives.

3. Specific operations:

* Good understanding of dental products and related techniques.

* Accurately advise customers on product benefits and applications.

* Make phone calls, emails or meet customers in person to consult.

* Distribute vouchers to potential customers.
