WORK CONTENT
- Receive data from Marketing, advise products to customers and close orders
- Answering the phone, receiving consultation and reconfirming customer orders via phone, website, fanpage.
- Closing orders, monitoring customer payment progress, scheduling deliveries, and delivering goods daily.
- Consulting and supporting customers throughout the order delivery process.
- Report work to department head + Board of Directors
