- Telesale takes care of Customers and Agents
- Organize and carry out contacting and consulting for products, goods, services, wholesale and retail agent policies and finalizing consultation appointments, seminars, events... of Customers/ Wholesale and retail agents . according to the procedures and regulations of BAK . Company
- Carrying out the work of summarizing, reporting, monitoring and improving telesale quality.
- Implement the work of improving the quality of the online page, online consulting, the quality of phone calls to make an appointment
- Perform other duties as requested by the superior.
