- Consult and answer customer questions, best meet the needs of customers
- Store call history with customers to build useful information sets
- Manage customer information and constantly update it on the database system
- Build a good relationship with customers by best responding to customers' needs and handling complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with sales staff and other departmental staff to achieve business goals
- Report to superiors on weekly business progress and results
