MISSION
- Call to find customers from available customer data sources from the Department Manager
- Provide, consult full and accurate product information
- Resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with the Business Administration department to handle complaints
- Customer care according to the company's general program
- Make weekly reports
- Other tasks assigned by direct manager
Note: Telesale does not close the sale but only calls to get customer information and address to transfer to sales staff to meet customers for direct consultation.

RESPONSIBILITY
- Must ensure customer targets are met by direct supervisor
- Must complete tasks and work assigned by superiors
- Keep company documents, salary and commission mechanisms, positions in charge, and customers (if any) confidential.
