Support calling old customers, direct page if needed.
Daily, weekly and monthly reports for management on number of calls, connection rate, number of customers making appointments, number of customers coming to the clinic according to scheduled appointments, customer feedback, and cases that need attention.
Build and maintain close relationships with customers.
