CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Customer care at the Center. Ensure the schedule of customer treatment, customer care before, during, and after the course.
- Manage complete and accurate customer profile information (profile, customer data, mask software...)
- Responsible for managing the reception area, and the desk at the center.
- Responsible for issuing receipts, invoices, collecting/paying for customers
- Responsible for regularly updating new decisions; Sales support guides and provides necessary information to customers about the incentive programs available at the center.
- Prepare revenue and expenditure reports and pay full money to the treasurer daily.
- Receive, supply and receive stationery and supplies at the central system.
