- Looking for new customers Unsecured loans at Shinhan Bank.
- Directly advise, receive documents, process information to support customers to disburse loans.
- Coordinate with related departments to provide the best services and products to Customers.

- Take care of old customers to cross-sell, or exploit more other potential customers.
- Strictly comply with regulations of the Bank.
- Perform work in accordance with internal policies, regulations, guidelines and standards of the Bank.

- Responsible for achieving assigned targets.
- When selling products and services to Customers, ensure that:
- Understanding, analyzing the needs of the customer, and providing the right advice and products to the customer's needs.

- Provide customers with suitable financial solutions.
- Search, expand and develop customer network.
- Honesty, strictly complying with the Bank's procedures.
