Job description
* Female body massage staff and Body bioelectrical staff (when coming to the interview, they will discuss specific jobs)
- Directly doing services for guests such as: Facial, Body, Massage, bioelectric... in accordance with Spa's processes/standards.
- Advising customers on spa services and products.
- Always show a polite, dedicated, courteous and hospitable attitude to any customer using the service
- Respond to customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability
- Other tasks assigned by management
* The main hairdresser (when coming to the interview, will discuss specific jobs)
- Find out customer needs.
- Check the quality of hair; advise customers on color, style, care, the most suitable product lines and service packages for care.
- Directly perform services for customers.
- Check and keep the working area clean, all kinds of machinery and equipment.
- Specializing in hairstyling
- Chemical treatment
