* JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receive order information and advise on orders for the Company's customers, ensuring orders are recorded accurately.
- Accurately update information about orders, product specifications, and delivery times with relevant departments.
- Collect goods according to customer orders, issue invoices and hand over to shipping staff to deliver to customers.
- Monitor the delivery process of the shipping staff, ensure the quantity, quality and delivery time according to customer requirements, ensure the correct customer, correct delivery location, correct principles of support services, ensure appropriate delivery conditions for each type of product.

* Note: Delivery coordinator staff will work at the Supermarket.
