Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Identifying and prioritizing hotel suppliers in the area in charge, ensuring price competitiveness and hotel room availability.
- Manage and develop more hotel suppliers: Negotiate, sign contracts…
- Call / chat with suppliers to get the latest prices, good offers are available.
- Understand the situation of the hotel market, competitors and business situation, coordinate with the marketing department to come up with a business development plan for the area under management.
- Negotiate with hotel suppliers for effective and timely solutions to resolve customer complaints as well as best meet guest needs
- Together with the marketing team to build product packages: Hotel, Tour, Combo, Voucher,
- Work with web and sales team to ensure new products and services are posted and correct on website and social media channels.

Request
- At least 1 year experience in tourism and hotel industry
- Resistant to high pressure at work
- Willing to work overtime and work on holidays, Tet
- Adapt quickly to change
- Capable of multitasking
- Proactive, honest, responsible, enthusiastic and able to work independently or in a team
- Good communication/negotiation skills
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Proficient in office computer skills (word, excel, internet, etc.)
