• Search and develop customer network from all different countries in the world through channels.
• Introduce, advise and persuade customers
• Take care of and maintain good relationships with customers, resolve arising problems.
• Create orders, receive and compare goods records to ensure correct quantity and quality of purchases.
• Manage and track orders, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure customers pay their debts and deliver goods on time.
• Implement reports and KPI indicators set by the company as well as other requirements from superiors.
