1. Job Description:

• Track and process orders on e-commerce website, social media, company website.
• Take care and work at e-commerce sites, social media, company website.
• Trading, learn the needs of our customers. Search for potential customers.
• Developing the business in the assigned segment/floor/region.
• Directly execute and expedite the execution of orders, including delivery procedures, issuing invoices, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers.
• Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time….
• Monitor the order fulfillment process, support the accounting department to check, expedite the debt, only complete the responsibility when the customer has finished paying.
• Perform some other tasks at the request of the Head of Department or competent authority.
