- Directly advise and sell products to customers buying through online business channels: website, facebook, zalo, e-commerce platforms...

- Perform work as assigned by the department head and ensure the correct sales program and customer policy.

- Proposing effective online sales ideas.

- Take care of customers who have purchased to become loyal customers.

- Follow up orders, ensure delivery time to customers according to regulations

- Report sales, daily sales to online department manager

- Perform other tasks as assigned.

- Female, from age, graduated and above.

- Able to work rotating shifts: 1st shift from 8am to 5pm; 2nd shift from 13h - 21h30 (split into 2 shifts)

Week off 01 day, not on Saturday, Sunday

- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position.

- Passionate about business activities, knowledgeable about fashion.

- Quick response in all situations requested by customers.

- Proficient in using online business tools (facebook, zalo...).
