- Job details:

Receive order information for technology products via online channels such as Website, Zalo, Fanpage, and Hotline of dienthoaigiakho.vn

Advise and introduce customers to promotional programs and sell products such as phones, smartwatches, tablets, computers, and services according to customer needs.

Track orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth processing and delivery.

Providing after-sales customer service, receiving and coordinating the handling of customer inquiries.

Working hours: Flexible shifts: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM, and 1 non-fixed day off per week (as scheduled by the Manager).

- Job requirements:

Male/Female, aged 20-29, high school graduate or higher.

Pleasant and cheerful voice, enthusiastic advice.

Ability to listen and understand customer psychology.

Having a sense of responsibility and being proactive in work.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in online sales/telesales/customer service; those without experience will be trained.
