Consulting and customer care via online platforms (Pancake, Facebook, Zalo, Website...)
Use available customer data to reach out and advise on products.
Maintain relationships with old customers.
Record and handle feedback and complaints (if any).
Update order information, delivery progress, payment.
Make daily/weekly/monthly reports on number of orders, customers, and revenue.
Responsible for posting daily on Zalo, Tiktok, Facebook provided by the company, coordinate with the Marketing department to get images and videos to post.
Cross-react with company and colleague posts on social media platforms.
Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

Have communication skills, good appearance, good consulting and closing sales.
Diligent, hard-working and responsible in work.
Have the spirit of pursuing customers and taking good care after sales.
Proficient in office software, especially Excel.
Careful, honest, responsible in work.
