JOB DETAILS:

1. E-commerce operations and sales

Managing and operating online stores on e-commerce platforms: Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, TikTok Shop

Update product information, prices, and inventory; optimize store display.

Register and implement promotional programs, and optimize products for SEO.

Set up, monitor, and optimize in-platform advertising (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads).

2. Customer care

Multi-channel customer service: Website, Facebook, Instagram, e-commerce .

Handling customer orders, messages, feedback, and complaints.

3. Marketing & Content

Participate in planning and implementing Digital Marketing campaigns: Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads

Coordinate the production and optimization of advertising content (images, videos, articles) to suit each platform.

Propose new ideas regarding products, sales, and marketing.

4. Other jobs

Contact and work directly with the manufacturing plant .

Perform product-related tasks as assigned from time to time.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in planning and implementing Digital Marketing (FB Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads)
• Coordinate the production of advertising content (photos, videos, articles).
• Propose sales ideas and new products.
• Contact the manufacturing plant for further information.
• Product-related tasks as assigned.

REQUEST:

• Have at least 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing / E-commerce
• Understanding platform operations, social media, and digital advertising.
• Intermediate to advanced conversational English (working with a Korean boss)
• Proactive, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.
