WORK CONTENT
Develop business plans and sales strategies for the market to ensure the company's sales and profit goals are achieved;
Manage and develop the Sales Team, each Salesperson improves their skills, achieving personal and common goals. Lead the sales team to complete/exceed sales goals;
Develop sales volume and revenue, work actively to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded;
Responsible for implementing high quality introduction of the entire standardized product line to customers;
Set up and deliver customized offers to customers;
Negotiate with customers on service provision contract terms in accordance with the company's sales policies and procedures.
