- Exploiting international markets, finding new customers, maintaining and developing old customers.
- Directly deal with customers to expedite the signing of export orders and draft contracts according to terms agreed by both parties.
- Follow up orders from buying raw materials ... until delivery, customers pay for goods.
- Implement development samples according to customer requirements, follow up samples and mass orders (delivery date, quantity, quality, payment...).
- Synthesize and analyze profit / loss orders, propose remedial measures for the next orders.
- Report work to the Head of Department on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Department
