Receive emails, orders and provide product information to customers

Handle related invoices such as: Quotation, Proforma invoice, Shipping detail list, Packing list

Monitor order fulfillment progress at the company and processing units, handle issues arising during the implementation process, and report to management

Supervise, check quality and package export goods

Perform other tasks as requested by management
Job requirements
Education level: University, college

Proficient in using Microsoft office and excel

Honest, eager to learn, agile, ready to meet high requirements at work

English communication
