Job Description
Understand and attribute features, packaging, price, advantages and disadvantages of products, similar products, products of competitors.
Directly implementing and urging the implementation of contracts/orders, including delivery procedures, issuing invoices, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers.
Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time….
Monitor the process of liquidation of contracts/orders, support the accounting department to expedite the debt, only complete the responsibility when the customer has finished paying.
Track and process orders on e-commerce website, website, company FB.
Take care and work at the company's e-commerce sites, website, and FB.
Trading, learn the needs of our customers. Search for potential customers. Business development in the assigned segment/region.
Perform some other tasks at the request of the Head of Department or competent authority.
