Job Description

• Receive orders from channels (hotline, facebook, mail, ..)
• Monitor and manage online and offline channels
• Create an order on the system
• Resolve and report customer complaints
• Manage company customer data
• Consulting product packages to customers
• Generate revenue reports
• Take care of old and new customers, customers who buy in packages
• Get information and feedback from partner units
• Perform other duties as requested by superiors
WORKING TIME:
• Number of working days in a week: 5.5 days (from Monday -> Saturday morning or 2 Saturdays in a month)
• Working time: 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Working place: 158 Nguyen Dinh Chinh, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan, HCMC
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Proficient in software ………….. is an advantage
• Ability to persuade, negotiate problem solve, good communication.
• Good conversational English
• Have a sense of discipline, honesty and initiative in work
• Self-disciplined, eager to learn, able to withstand pressure and high responsibility.
• Know how to use office computer
• Sociable, handle situations and know how to interact with other departments
