- Support sales to take care of old customers to increase revenue and sales output. Collect market information, receive customer feedback, answer customer questions, contact other departments to handle customer complaints quickly, effectively and accurately.
- Coordinate with Sales to develop work plans for the sales department by day/week/month, monitor and urge the sales department to properly implement the plan.
- Carry out purchasing process: procedures for ordering from suppliers, importing goods into warehouse, storing documents.
- Make quotations, sales letters, draft and manage contracts of the Industrial Chemical Sales Department. Execute contracts, make orders, import and export goods, contact customers, plan deliveries for the warehouse department, plan delivery and receipt.
- Reconcile sales costs, perform internal payment procedures; submit for approval FB payments, other payments for customers.
- Monitor and urge customer debt collection
- Monitor customer import process, sales volume, summarize customer inventory, provide information to sales department to control goods, encourage customers to import goods, control floating goods on the market, control sales speed of distributors and agents.
- Update sales data, report weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales, make detailed reports on sales, revenue, and debts of sales staff.

- Level:
- Requires college degree or higher;
- Majors in: Chemistry, Business Administration, Commerce, Banking, Marketing, Foreign Languages, Finance….
