JOB DETAILS Task 1: Responsible for processing orders and managing customer records
- Update the investor's sales policy to the sales team and distribution units;
- Manage shopping cart, receive bookings, deposits, open or close shopping cart
- Manage transaction records with customers: deposits, contracts, transaction cancellations, related procedures and documents;
- Resolve contract-related issues and inquiries from sales teams, distributors and customers;
- Update, track and manage transactions and report transaction status to direct Manager
Task 2: Research and optimize work
- Directly supporting the sales department, this department is responsible for drafting, editing, monitoring and managing administrative documents and records related to contracts, quotes, offers, and procedures issued by the Investor.
- Participate in sales events, events or Company activities as required by Direct Manager
- Propose solutions to the Board of Directors to improve work quality.
- Perform other arising tasks assigned by direct manager or Board of Directors.
