- Search, maintain and develop a network of potential customers and partners for the company.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to come up with business strategies that bring the best results for the company.
- Directly perform and urge the performance of the contract, including delivery procedures, issuing invoices, and checking the quality of delivered products with customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and reliability according to the correct process.
- Update information about the market, competitors, propose business strategies of the Company on a monthly basis.
- Report to management levels about customers' needs, problems and concerns about APG Eco's products.
