Working hours: 8:00-17:00 (Monday - Friday) and 8:00-12:00 (Saturday)

Job Description:

- Take care of old customers, find and develop new customers
- Develop sales channels on digital platforms
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality and delivery time.
- Draft and establish procedures related to contract signing - Urge customers in debt collection
- Other tasks as required by superiors

Request:

- University graduate majoring in economics, finance, marketing. Or special requirements on professional knowledge
- Easy-to-listen voice, presents information clearly, knows how to listen patiently, checks one's understanding of the information others share before responding or taking action
- Use appropriate writing style to present clear content, ensuring correct form for each type of document.
- Know how to make a list and prioritize assigned tasks.
- Able to go on business trips (when required)
