Make phone calls to introduce and sell products to customers, maintain and develop customer relationships, achieve sales goals and provide the best customer service.
Maintain contact and follow up with leads to accelerate the purchasing process
Manage customer information in the CRM system, update information about customer needs and feedback.
Record and process orders from customers via phone, ensuring orders are fulfilled on time and according to the correct process.
Monitor order status, prepare sales reports and periodically report customer status.
Set personal daily, weekly and monthly sales goals.
Monitor progress toward goals and adjust sales strategy as necessary to ensure sales goals are met
Always update information about the company's products and services to advise customers accurately and effectively
Regularly/unscheduled reports on KPI, sales and related tasks as assigned by the Team Leader.
