JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Calling customers to confirm and customer care (reply to messages, advice, introduce products, ...)
- Make orders for customers, close goods. Contact the carrier to send.
-Follow customer feedback and reviews
-Manage the company's fanpage and website
- Report the work results periodically (day/week/month) to the Manager.
-Other duties as assigned by Manager
REQUEST:
- Age: 18-24 years old. Gender: Male/Female
-Have a love and passion for the wedding industry. Looking forward to a long term relationship.
- Proficient in using computers and smartphones
-Good communication skills, quick situational skills are required
-Confident, dynamic and eager to challenge myself in a new field
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
-Ready to work with high intensity, not afraid of hardship.
