'- Conduct market survey: update information on customer needs and preferences to find suitable tenants.
- Search for new tenants or replace existing tenants to achieve goals such as new projects, rental conditions, revenue and models.
- Responsible for negotiating and preparing contract terms in accordance with the company's conditions.
- Prepare necessary documents (location and booth drawings,...) to submit to superiors for approval and notify relevant departments about new tenants.
- Choose the right brand and make a list of customers.
- Maintain close contact with tenants and assist tenants in all business related issues to achieve good sales.
- Monitor business activities and discuss promotions to achieve sales targets.
Working time: 8:00-17:00 From Monday to Friday; 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Saturday

REQUEST
'- Graduated from Intermediate level or higher or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in the field of Leasing Mall/B2B, or experience in similar positions.
- Proficiency in office computer
- Good use of Vietnamese and English in 4 skills (listening, speaking, reading and writing).
