- Receive data from the Marketing department to advise and support customers with product needs, only text, NO CALLS.
- Introduce and discuss with customers about product features and usage through the pancake tool.
- Ready to answer customers' questions about goods, if any.
- Place orders and track orders.
- Report daily work results.
- Handle other tasks as requested by superiors.
