- Receive information, draft, store and manage sales letters, price quotes, commodity documents, contracts, administrative documents, and business-related documents.

- Receive and process order information.

- Manage customer information and records.

- Coordinate implementation and management of work related to departments within the company.

- Support the business and sales department

- Receive, advise and support customers and answer customers' questions about the company's products.

- General management of the company's information page system.

- Make reports according to company regulations.
