Job Description
Participate in searching and developing potential customers; directly meet, consult, demo services and maintain relationships with customers. Submit quotation edits, propose appropriate policies and support contract procedures quickly and accurately.
Consulting and providing SMS Brandname services, short numbers, data transmission, Voice switchboard, Voice Brandname, SIP Trunking, electronic identification (eKYC, eID, IDPass), QR DailyPay payment and eSIM for businesses, retail stores, F&B
Receive customer consultation from sales to make quotation for each service and send to customer;
Draft and agree on terms and prices on service contracts;
Coordinate with the business department and technical department to support customers quickly;
Receive and process information related to business activities, ensuring profits for the business;
Maintain close relationships with customers, remind customers to renew services on time to ensure their rights;
Understand information and classify customers to promptly develop appropriate care policies;
Assist department heads and sales directors in making business plans and ensuring that plans are implemented on schedule and effectively;
Monitor and urge sales department to achieve sales targets;
Support the sales department in designing incentive programs, gifts, and gratitude programs for customers;
Urge debt collection and customer payment progress to prepare business data reports;
Periodic revenue reports to the Board of Directors, detailed updates on sales staff's business performance reports.
