- Process improvement to improve productivity and quality, improve working environment
- Reviewing, supplementing and perfecting the system of documents, documents, processes, and guiding standards for the product manufacturing process.
- Monitor and supervise the production process of materials, semi-finished products and finished products at suppliers. Have a timely corrective action plan when errors occur.
- Plan corrective and preventive actions when receiving quality feedback or quality complaints from customers.
- Implement the planned maintenance and handle abnormalities arising in the process
- Making reports and reporting problems arising from mold and machine errors in the production process
- Guide workers to follow the process and technical standards
- Regularly check to detect and propose handling measures when there is a production problem
- Inspecting, providing technical guidance, supervising the production process and evaluating product quality
- Monitor the status of machinery and equipment, promptly report incidents and propose handling measures

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from high school or higher, with 2 years of experience in a similar position in the printing and packaging industry
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in any position in the field of Paper packaging printing
- Proficiency in office computer
