Control the quality of input materials, semi-finished products and finished products according to company standards and customer requirements.

• Supervise and check quality in stages: blank, cooling, assembly, painting, packaging.
• Prepare error reports, coordinate with team leaders/line leaders to handle and fix production errors.
• Conduct product inspection and acceptance before shipping.
• Record quality records and store them according to regulations for retrieval when needed.
• Propose measures to improve quality, reduce error rate, increase productivity.
• Participate in developing inspection processes and product quality standards.
• Report promptly to superiors when serious quality incidents occur.
