JOB DESCRIPTION
• Listen and evaluate the quality of livechat, Q&A, App, email, phone, ensure the completion of set targets through... ensuring correct quality and compliance with process regulations.
• Update assessment results and make weekly/monthly QA reports.
• In charge of training, soft skills training, consulting skills for customer service staff.
• Develop, plan and manage data and monitor the implementation of training programs.
• Compile, synthesize documents and adjust training programs to suit the requirements and subjects needing training.
• Monitor and support knowledge for customer care staff.
• Plan to improve team quality, conduct coaching, refresh training to improve service quality.
• Support Telephone Operators during shift when problems arise.
• Coordinate work and interact with partners and related departments to improve service quality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager.
• Comply and ensure KPIs.
• Rotating shifts of 8 working hours/shift. Take any day off during the week.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Male Female. Age from 24 years old to 40 years old.
• Graduating from college or higher
• Have at least 01 year of experience in a supervisory, trainer or equivalent position.
• Understand knowledge and expertise in the field of customer care.
• Experience in coaching skills classes and motivational skills is an advantage.
• Have good negotiation skills, training skills, presentation and communication skills.
• Dynamic, thoughtful, honest, capable of organizing, managing and assigning work
• Willing to work in shifts.
