Job Description

work content
• Check the quality of the produced film according to the specified period of time.
• Take the shrinkage sample on the meter at the specified periodic time.
• Record quality inspection reports fully and on time.
• Make HFI reports when detecting errors in the production process, report quality problems to superiors.
• Inspect raw materials during use. Coordinate with QA input to resolve the materials put into production do not meet the quality.
• Check that the information on the label is complete and correct when pasting and closing the warehouse entry pass.
• Coordinate with Machine Operator staff to handle quality problems arising in the production process.
• Maintain and clean measuring equipment, off-line quality testing equipment.
• Perform other duties as required by superiors.
