- Control, evaluate input quality, give timely handling measures when products do not meet standards
- Responsible for monitoring and checking samples, announcing product quality.
- Investigate the causes and offer solutions when there are quality problems, take measures to classify products to avoid errors to customers.
- Conduct root cause investigation, make customer reports when receiving feedback on product quality
- Support consulting department
- Do the work as assigned by the Director.
