- Supervising and controlling the production process, product quality during production as well as after production
- Supervising human resource management in the department.

Job requirements
- Age: 28 and up,
- Experience: at least 1 year working in the food industry in a similar position
- Strong communication, analytical, time management, executive and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Working long-term, sticking with the company
- English communication.
