Building emotional connections with customers

• Organize workshops, mini events, cafe talks.
• Maintain regular interaction in the customer community (group, fanpage, Zalo OA).
• Create personalized care programs (thank you letters, birthdays, special days).

Nurturing the community of sisters

• Manage and develop online community groups.
• Seeding content, encouraging sharing so customers feel heard.
• Organize mini challenges, interactive content to maintain engagement.

Partner & KOC/KOL Connection

• Booking KOC, collaborating with women's groups, lifestyle brands.
• Review content and manage media images to ensure consistency.

Listen & Respond to Customers

• Collect insights through surveys, chats, mini talks.
• Periodic reporting to Marketing team.
• Propose activities to improve customer experience.

Candidate requirements

Knowledge & Experience

• 12 years of experience in PR, Community, Event, Customer Care .
• Priority given to those with experience in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries.
• Experience in building community/customer groups is an advantage.

Skill

• Communicate & connect, create natural closeness with customers.
• Event organization & community management.
• Write seeding content, share emotional content.
• Working with KOC, women's group.
• Listen, exploit insights and respond flexibly.

Interest

Income: 12-16 million VND/month (salary negotiation based on ability)
