1. Job description of service staff
• Welcoming guests in designated areas;
• Carry out menu consultation work at the table, record orders and coordinate with the Kitchen department;
• Communicate food order forms to the chef (note customer notes carefully on the order form);
• Clean the dining area after customers have finished paying;
• Perform other support tasks when assigned;
• Can work Fulltime or Parttime.
2. Job requirements
• Age: From 18 - 29 years old;
• Knowledgeable about dishes, sauces, and ingredients (Diverse types of food provided by the restaurant);
Set up dining tables and banquet tables according to the restaurant's service style with all necessary tools and decorations;
Clean eating utensils: cups, plates, spoons, glasses..., ensuring hygiene standards according to restaurant regulations;
• Have experience working in a restaurant (if not, training will be provided);
• Handle problems quickly and skillfully when encountering problems with customers. Have a sense of responsibility at work;
• Good-looking and polite appearance;
• Basic English communication;
• Implement a high-class, luxurious, and polite restaurant culture like European and Japanese restaurants
