***Candidate requirements
- At the beginning of the shift to clean the area, fix the tables and chairs neatly
- Wipe tables, chairs, glass frames... make sure all viewing angles are clean
- Turn on the power, check the equipment to make sure it is still working properly
- Prepare full and clean serving utensils
- Welcoming guests, taking orders, serving dishes, clearing tables
- Ensure general knowledge of the restaurant's food and drinks
- Understand the culture and spirit of the food Frankies wants to bring to diners
- Advice on dishes for guests
- Communicating with guests and always cheerfully answering questions
- Always observe guests, ensure customer satisfaction with food and service
- Other tasks arranged by the Manager
