- Receive guests from the Reception (Hostess) of the restaurant;
- Introduce menu - advise customers to choose suitable dishes and drinks;
- Transfer orders to cashier, kitchen, bar;
- Serving diners during the restaurant experience;
- Implement the payment process for customers in accordance with the restaurant's standards;
- Clear the table, ensure hygiene to prepare to serve the next guest;
- Ensure personal hygiene, food hygiene and safety according to regulations;
- Report on shift supervision, management on problems occurring during the shift.
