• Prepare vegetables, meat, fish and seafood according to the main chef's instructions.
• Prepare ingredients, utensils for cooking and displaying buffet dishes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen area, arrange tools neatly after each shift.
• Wash dishes, pots, kitchen equipment.
• Assist the main chef in cooking when needed.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and proper procedures in the kitchen.
• Comply with the assignment and instructions of superiors.
