- Identify and meet current and future needs of customers, providing the best quality services to customers. - Use creative thinking to improve, develop and promote new ways of reaching customers. - Understand the product, advise and convince customers to accept using the product. Customer care to create customer satisfaction independently and professionally. - Organize and implement customer relationship programs for a region/unit/industry, exploiting useful information from customers. - Update, record and process feedback from customers and partners when implementing the program - Manage the performance of customers' debts and goods (monitor and evaluate results, debt situation and payment ability). - Build and enhance the image of the company and products to customers. - Make reports and work results as requested by the Area Manager. - Perform other tasks as assigned by the Area Manager.
