• Search for potential customers based on Telesales scripts from a team of professional trainers.
• Advise on the company's training products and the benefits they bring to customers.
• Customer care and close support throughout the customer's use of the service.
• Register customer information into the system, work on sales with administrative and accounting departments, create customer profiles.
• Coordinate with customer service department to carry out customer care, promotion program to promote Up Sale.
