- Job details:

- Providing advice and implementing solutions to resolve legal issues in projects.

- Inspect and monitor the investment procedures from the project proposal stage to project completion and handover.

- Working with consulting firms and contractors to finalize and supplement legal procedures during the investment and construction phases of the project.

- Draft and review contracts within the assigned scope.

- Drafting/contributing to/proposing amendments to internal documents to comply with legal regulations and the company's practical needs.

- Providing guidance/advice and participating in resolving disputes arising between the Company and related individuals/organizations (drafting documents during litigation, reviewing files and documents, acting as authorized representative when necessary...).

- Job requirements:

- Thorough understanding of the legal system, including: Investment Law, Land Law, Planning Law, Housing Law, Construction Law, Real Estate Business Law… and related guiding documents.

- Good problem-solving and situation-handling skills, able to travel for business (if needed).

- Possesses skills in working with government agencies to expedite project procedures.

- Experience working in a legal or legal consulting role for real estate projects.
