- Drafting various types of contract templates; reviewing draft contracts;
- Provide comments on draft legal documents sent by agencies and organizations for comments; summarize and evaluate laws related to the production and business fields of the enterprise;
- Building a legal basis for public products and services.
- Consulting, researching, and proposing legal basis for the operation of public service units.
