- Job details:
- Receive orders and prepare drinks according to the menu and regulations.
- Ensure that the drinks are prepared according to the correct recipes and measurements, and meet quality standards in terms of color, flavor, presentation, etc.
- Control processing times to ensure timely service and avoid customer complaints due to excessively long waits.
- Double-check the drink to ensure it meets standards before serving it to customers.
- Inspect the quality of raw materials, ensuring they meet quality standards to serve customers.
- Prepare and gather all the ingredients for mixing.
- Ensure cleanliness in the bar area. Arrange utensils and ingredients neatly and in their designated places.
- Assisting with tasks in the F&B area.
- Comply with health and safety standards in the workplace.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Job requirements:
- Ages 18 and above
- Must have at least 6 months of bartending experience.
- Knowledge of preparing non-alcoholic beverages such as tea, coffee, milk tea, etc.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week (with 1 day off per week, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
- Quick, neat, and clean.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, hardworking, and responsible attitude towards work.
