+ Working time: Monday - Saturday: 7:30 am
- Human resource management, in charge of timekeeping, salary calculation, insurance for company employees
- Prepare monthly payroll, report on personnel changes and salary fund
- Recruiting, training and developing human resources.
- Be responsible for declaring and handling the procedures of social insurance, health insurance, maternity, sickness,... for employees.
- Manage and archive labor contracts, salary records, insurance,... of all company employees
- Support other related HR tasks in the department
* Job requirements:
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position
- Good English, can exchange and report work with foreign bosses
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in the Human Resources department of foreign manufacturing companies
- Honest, meticulous, responsible in work
