JOB DESCRIPTION
- Make calls to remind customers whose loans are overdue from the date of
- Remind customers of loan amount and payment date
- Follow up and urge customers to keep their promise of payment on time.
- Support customers to pay through convenient and fast payment channels
- Accomplish the assigned targets in the day/week/month
- Working hours: 8:30 a.m. (2 days off per week, not fixed)


APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from high school or higher.
- No experience needed, will be trained according to the latest program
- Office computer skills (Word, Excel trained
- Able to work under high pressure, careful, hard working and honest.
- Desire to work long term.
- Vietnamese: Easy-to-listen voice, no lisp, stutter or dialect (Required)
